No. Online ordering through your site is a flat monthly service. You pay standard card processing on each order (the same as a card swipe in your dining room), and every dollar of the order is yours. That's the whole point of leaving the 30% marketplaces.

Menu changes, prices, hours, events, promo banners, photos, holiday notices: the everyday stuff. Send it however is easiest, even a text or a photo of the new menu. We keep fair-use limits (roughly 8 requests a month, 2 business day turnaround) so service stays fast for everyone. Bigger jobs like a full redesign or a new section get scoped separately, and most requests are never an issue.

We stop managing your services at the end of your notice period and hand everything over cleanly. Your domain, Google Business Profile, customer lists, and guest data were always yours, so they simply stay with you. The website itself is ours unless you buy it out, and the buyout fee drops every year you've been with us until it's free at 5 years.
