We collect the minimum needed to talk to you and bill you, we use trusted processors to handle it, and we never sell it. Details below.
1. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, restaurant name, and message, used only to reply to you.
- Scheduling: if you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and chosen time to create the meeting.
- Checkout: payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone, restaurant name, and subscription details. We never see or store card numbers.
- Server logs: standard technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not send you promotional email unless you asked for it.
3. Cookies
This site stores a single preference in your browser to remember light or dark mode. Stripe and Cal.com set their own cookies on their pages when you check out or book, governed by their privacy policies.
4. Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run this site, each receiving only what they need: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (delivering contact form email to us), Cal.com (call scheduling), and our hosting provider (serving the site).
5. Retention
Inquiry emails are kept while we have a business reason to keep them. Billing records are kept as required by tax law. If you become a client, information is retained per our service agreement and returned or deleted when it ends.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Email hello@tablefront.co and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date, and email active clients.
8. Contact
Privacy questions: hello@tablefront.co or (978) 809-5795.
